Something that draws me to real estate is the ongoing learning experience. Every transaction is unique and the market is always changing, so I go out of my way to meet my client’s needs. I am determined to learn the facts and be able to relay that information to my clients in a way that makes sense. Real estate is one of those industries where things sound like a foreign language. As your realtor, my value lies in communicating to you every step of the process in a way that’s easy to understand. Many people find themselves stressed when they enter the buying or selling process, but with me, I make it fast, easy, and fun.
One fun fact about me is that I am currently looking to buy my first home this year, so I can relate to the emotions my clients are feeling! As a buyer myself, I know that good communication and a smooth process will make a huge difference in the experience you have as a buyer or seller. An added bonus is that I’m in real estate full time, so I am able to respond to questions swiftly! This is particularly helpful in a fast-paced market, like Denver.
My background: I am a man of many trades. Before real estate, I had several jobs including a waiter, wardrobe consultant, and computer technician. This means I have refined skills in customer service, sales, and coding.
About me: I am a Colorado native, born and raised. In my spare time, I like to go to the gym, explore Colorado, or just relax. My family is quite small; it’s just me, my mom, and my little sister. I also have a mixed pitbull named Ava. Even though she is really lazy, I love her.
Little known facts about me:
I’m ordained as a minister
I hiked Mount Elbert
I own my own LLC
I’m also studying aerospace engineering at CU Boulder.
I would love to help you with all your real estate needs!
