The real estate business is about homes and neighborhoods, market trends and data analysis, construction, contracts, and price negotiations, yes, but it’s especially about people; listening to their dreams of making a move or securing an investment, changing their lifestyle or starting a life together (or apart)…it’s about being with people as they go through some kind of transition that creates the need for different housing options. I have a unique blend of skills I use every day that allows me to provide the highest level of service to my clients. Growing up in a real estate family in Ohio, I learned early what joy there is in helping someone find their dream home or ideal investment property. I spent 25 years in the marriage and family counseling profession before making a move to real estate sales. I’m also a trained paralegal and these past professions gave me a well-integrated understanding of what people want and how to get it for them.
Embracing real estate sales since 2001 has given me some of the greatest satisfaction in life as I’ve had the privilege of providing personally tailored real estate services to a wonderful group of clients and friends. I am a Graduate of the Realtor’s Institute and a (CRS) Certified Residential Specialist. CRS agents must meet stringent education and sales production requirements. That’s why only 3% of REALTORS® are Certified Residential Specialists. CRS agents are dedicated professionals who have proven record of success—3X success, in fact. Compared to the average REALTOR®, CRS agents have been in the business nearly three times longer, have three times the number of annual transactions, and generate three times a number of gross sales.
