1. WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT YOUR JOB?
WOW, it would be easier to answer what I don’t love about this job. I love my clients and their stories, learning something new every day, the thrill of the chase, that I can choose my own adventure, educating people about real estate, that I can make a huge impact on someone’s life, the opportunity to help people make one of the biggest decisions of their lives and be part of these major transactions (just a few to name). In real estate, there is no manual to follow. Each client has different needs and no two transactions are the same, this is one my favorite parts of my job.
2. WHAT SETS YOU APART FROM THE COMPETITION?
I make my clients feel like they are the only ones I am working with. Regardless of how busy I am, my clients never feel that. I have represented countless clients to satisfactory resolutions, either in finding the perfect homestead or selling their home. All my business comes from repeat clients and their referrals, so giving 110% is very important to me.
3. WHAT ARE YOU UNIQUELY GREAT AT INSIDE OF YOUR JOB?
I am good at listening to my clients and finding out what they really want. I am very detail oriented, energetic, self-motivated, reliable, knowledgeable, experienced and very passionate about what I do. My client’s happiness and satisfaction is the first thing that comes to my mind when I meet with a new prospect.
4. WHAT ARE YOU PASSIONATE ABOUT?
I am very passionate about being a good daughter, sister, partner, aunt, friend, neighbor, and member of the community. My passion is having happiness within myself no matter what the situation and living a life filled with meaning.
5. WHAT IS YOUR COMMUNICATION STYLE LIKE?
I have very good communication skills. I respond very fast and keep my clients updated to every step on the process. My clients never wonder where we are in the transaction because I keep them updated as we go.
